How Your Patio Build Works

There are four steps from your first call to the finished patio. You get your quote at step two, before anything is ordered or built.

What Happens at Each Step

Tell Us What You Want
Call us or send the form. We ask how you want to use the area, the style you like and anything about the site that could change the design.
Not sure which style you want? We help you choose.

Free On-Site Quote
We visit your home, look at the space and talk through your ideas. Then we work out the layout, the materials and what the structure needs, and give you a quote.
The quote is free, and there is no obligation to go ahead.

Approvals and Ordering
Once you go ahead, we finalise the plans, submit the council paperwork and order your materials.
We prepare the plans and paperwork your council needs, so you don't have to.
4
Built, Checked and Cleaned Up
We build it, keep the work area tidy and keep you posted as it goes up. At the end we check it against the agreed design and take away the leftover materials.
After we hand the patio over, you can still ring us with any questions.
